BABA requires all coaches 
to complete a 
Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and a
PA Child Abuse Clearance Form.

Each of these checks requires a $10 fee.

COACHES:

Request for Criminal Record Check

Submit a Request for Criminal Record Check (CRC) online (follow the link above),
or complete the form and send it in to the state. Once you receive this
information from the state you need to give a copy of the results to a representative
of BABA. This will be kept on record for 2 years.

Once you have the results from the CRC, complete
the PA Child Abuse Clearance Form and send it in along with a copy of the CRC results.
You can not submit the Child Abuse Clearance Form
without the CRC results attached with the form.
